 Technical:

  • Leading the Facility Management Services function through pro-active Planning and direction setting, ensuring that Service standard are Maintained
  • Handling the technical & plumbing operations for building measuring 1,70,000sft of area
  • Undertake ¬†daily facility walk around and ensure closure of all observations within the agreed timelines
  • Daily tracking a energy consumption, AHU BTU reading & comparing with monthly EB bill consumption
  • Maintains records of materials used, orders and purchases new materials.
  • Monthly meetings with Landlord & business partners‚Äô team. Document mom in standard format & track closures of points
  • Responsible for Event management i.e. Auditorium booking, town hall arrangements etc.
  • Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance & annual shutdown maintenance for Critical equipments and maintained the records properly
  • Initiating process improvement & cost saving in technical areas
  • Tracking with property team regarding DG,AHU operation & maintenance activities
  • Conducting scheduled training and monthly meeting for M&E team
  • Ensure all relevant documents pertaining to engineering operations of the facility are available for audit
  • Preparing critical equipment list & update to client

  • As per PM schedule Co-Ordinate with Access doors, FM 200,FAS & PA system vendor for checking the healthiness of devices

  • Maintained and tracking the incident reports, log books, reading books, all AMC vendor service and PM reports
  • Maintaining the server room & HUB rooms cooling as per spec level and properly connected the rack loads as per specifications

Soft Service:

  • Responsible for Budget & Provisions processing and Petty Cash management
  • Effective monitoring of all housekeeping /Technical / pantry / stationery consumables and ensure reordering to avoid stock out
  • Directs facility repairs, small construction remodeling, grounds improvement, and coordinates with other departments to complete remodeling projects.
  • Responsible for space management, allocation of seats for new joiners.
  • Responsible for handling & preparing of Sub vendor‚Äôs attendance i.e. HK, M&E
  • Supervises emergency repair jobs; inspects field work performed; plans and estimates
  • Maintenance and repair work; maintains records of work order requests and completion.
  • Coordinate for Extra co-curricular, R & R & Team building activity for inter / intra team.
  • Taking Responsibilities of client Facility Manager during his absence in addition to their own responsibilities
