At least five people were shot on a subway in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Tuesday morning, authorities said, and a manhunt for a suspect was underway.
The FDNY responded to reports of smoke at the 36th Street train station in Brooklyn, where multiple people were found shot just before 8:30 a.m. local time.
According to a fire spokesperson, undetonated devices were also found at the scene.
But the NYPD stressed that there were no "active explosive devices" found.
